Vacancy: Seasonal Data Entry Clerk

Department: Sherrill Power and Light

Start date: TBD

Hours: Monday-Friday; 7am-3:30pm (40 hours)             Rate of Pay: $10.40/hour

 Duties include:

  1. Pole line data entry into custom made software (software instruction supplied)
  2. Field work (walking pole to pole recording mounted materials)
  3. Working with Power & Light personnel

Requirements:

  1. Basic Computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, search engines, etc.)
  2. Key-boarding
  3. Valid driver’s license

Preferred but not required:

  1. Basic knowledge of an electrical distribution system. (Former Lineman, etc.)
  2. Ability to identify line hardware.
